Really good Service and Immaculate Rooms
attentive staff excellent food immaculate cleanliness super clean bathroom
The staff was attentive from arrival. Every detail was taken care of. The Michelin-star restaurant, Cut, is a must-visit with excellent food and service. I also appreciated the immaculate cleanliness of my room (especially the super clean bathroom!).

I enjoyed breakfast twice and dinner once delivered directly to my room. The food arrived very warm. The hotel's CUT by Wolfgang Puck provides an excellent dining experience alongside amazing service. The BLVD restaurant also served a very good dinner.

My room on the 8th floor offered a wonderful view toward Rodeo Drive. The gym had all the necessary equipment for a complete workout (with multiple treadmills!). The hotel's position ensures convenient access to local attractions.

Underwhelming Stay, High Price
noisy room excessive cost
My stay had some significant drawbacks. I found the room quite noisy. It was situated near service areas (I could hear the staff). the breakfast cost seemed excessive (over $200 for two people). It included standard items. I expected more for that price point.
